Introduction
Humify respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of our platform to do the same. In accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted a policy to
respond to copyright infringement claims related to content posted on or through our services.

This DMCA Policy outlines how copyright owners may submit takedown notices and how users may respond with counter-notifications in the event of mistaken takedowns.

1.DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, uploaded, or used on the Humify platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our Designated Agent.
The notice must include the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

·A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on their behalf;

·Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

·Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Humify platform (e.g., URL or account link);

·Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;

·A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

·A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2.Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent, including the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)):

·Your physical or electronic signature;

·Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;

·A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification;

·Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;

·A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you reside outside the U.S.
then the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Humify may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

3.Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Humify has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
We may also limit or terminate access to the platform for users who infringe any intellectual property rights, whether or not there is repeat infringement.

4.Misrepresentation

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages, including attorneys’ fees and costs.

5.Limitation of Liability

Humify acts as a service provider under the DMCA and is not responsible for user-generated content. We are committed to responding to valid notices and will act promptly to address copyright concerns.
